Moving is an all-natural process, such as blood circulating in our veins, such as the rotations of the earth, microcosmos = macrocosmos… Stagnation and standstill are death. In shamanism, death is believed to be a transformation into another stage, a further level of existence and consciousness. It is the condensation of the physical body into light, referring to a luminous being.”
